The Cucumber Reports service is provided by SmartBear. And unfortunately it will be in a state of limbo until SmartBear divest themselves of Cucumber. See https://mattwynne.net/new-beginning

I'll keep this open as it seems a reasonable ask, but for the time being there is nothing we can do. You could try to contact SmartBear but unless you have a contract with them I wouldn't expect much.
