feat: SSL Bundle data resource #66

-SSL Retrieve Bundle by Name

There is no toggle for SSL or Cloudflare DNSSec in porkbun api docs, but there is the ability to retrieve the SSL bundle.

This could be used to create a data resource for a given domain that retrieves the SSL Bundle and provides the values as sensitive outputs.

one could also imagine data resources for domains, and another for tld default pricing. I won't be making issues for those for now.
