What happened?

Will be nice to have Identity Resolving Key (IRK) functionality inside Passive BLE Monitor. Please consider to backport Private BLE Device, it's will help a lot for current users of Passive BLE Monitor and BLE Gateways as replacement of ESPresense which requires dedicated ESPs. Thanks in advance.
