ok i got it working by installing .net desktop development which is within the visual studio installation program.

also dir -Path [directory path] -Recurse | Unblock-File from https://miketabor.com/using-powershell-to-unblock-multiple-files/ to remove mark of the web.

unfortunately my start menu will not even open now, it would close when i type in search. However all the fonts are changed successfully
customfonts.webm

restarting the explorer allows me to open but i still cannot type in the search

could you please fix this?
