custom vector tiles?

how can i use our own data to vector tiles ,i want store in my device ,load map tiles in local

We are working on offline maps in mapbox/mapbox-gl-native#584

i know ,but i use the mapbox-gl-cocoa ,the map soure all in the cloud ,and the vector tiles format is pbf.
the main issue is the map style and the vector tiles have no tool to produce
