API hardcoded to v1 #92

@willwhite helped me dig into it a bit and found that v1 is hardcoded:

https://github.com/mapbox/tilestream/blob/master/servers/Route.bones#L28-29

This is making it more difficult to move the iPad app to v2 and beyond while minimizing the differences between Hosting and TileStream.
