Hello, your work on mae is great! Could you please give more details on the MSE loss calculation?
In "lib/models/mae.py", it seems there are many types of loss while some of them are annotated. Which is the one adopted?

These are some irrelevant (ideas I tried after the SelfMedMAE project) codes for 2D CXRs. Please ignore them because they are ideas that do not work. I have not cleaned them yet. I will upload a clean version for CXR SelfMedMAE pre-training soon.
