Add system prompts for llms

Add:

• system prompt that always will apply to the context of all messages in sense
• system prompt that always will apply to the context of all search requests using oracle

Notes:

• this system propmts should be configurable in cyb's robot, stored locally with raw text
• add restore default button, that will bring back default promts if they was changed
