add a check when keypair doesn't match local ssh .pem file

Scenario:
create keypair on machine 1, delete keypair on machine 2, create keypair on machine 2
now machine 1 thinks it has the correct keypair file, but can't login. Need to check hash on the keypair file against hash in the AWS keypair
