There is no description, how tspecs can be deleted. Current implementation restricts tspec deletion if it was upvoted (approved), but if tspec author want to delete tspec, there are reasons for it, so he will not finish job even if tspec approved with 50%+1.

I agree - we should allow to delete tspecs in any case by author.
