As of #230 we have reincarnated the cylc gui command.

In Cylc 7 the cylc gui command took a single (optional) argument, the workflow ID, which, if supplied, opened the GUI ready to view the provided workflow.

We could add this argument back and have it open the URL <server>/workflows/<workflow> as the default URL.
