We now have these guidelines: https://github.com/cypht-org/cypht/wiki/Contributing

"closer adherence to PSR-12 syntax guidelines" was done here: #948

Tiki.org (A major contributor to Cypht) has adopted PSR-12. Most of the migration has been done, and the rest is being done progressively.
