While there is no way to show it in telegram by defult, it would be of use to bot devs to be able to use a telegram ID to get the prononus of a user.

Telegram has a web version available in the browser which makes sense for PronounDB to hook into. Telegram's auth flow looks kinda weird to me at a first glance but it seems like it'll do just fine.
