Cluster #53 is annotated as “astrocyte”, “epithelial cell of the trachea” and “ciliated columnar cell of the tracheobroncal tree”

Cluster #31 is “mesenchymal cell”, “stromal cell”, “endothelial cell”, “pancreatic stellate cell”, “myofibroblast”, “brain pericyte” and “smooth muscle cell”

Cluster #32 are “astrocyte”, “Bergmann glia” and “oligodendrocyte”
