Save Project Name to Build Templates and only show filtered for specific project #96

Right now Build Templates don't know which project they belong to. Change that to have the project's name (not URL, you might move it/have multiple clones of the same project, and you always want to show the available build templates).

  • Save Project Name in Build Template
  • Filter only Build Templates owned by the project (default to "belongs == YES" if no project is specified for backwards-compatibility) when showing a list of Build Templates in the Project VC.
