Example code appears to be not compatible with the latest CEF (e.g. initialize_cef_app does not exist anymore).
There is really not enough information, especially for handler overriding or multi-threaded message pump (so far I only managed to cause a crash with multi-threaded option).

Indeed. The latest guaranteed version to work is from 2017.
