Preface: Because we are moving away from the blacklist/whitelist strategy and wildcarding of paths, a path-by-path strategy complicates change management when new paths are added or existing pages change paths.

Research how to best solve this with an inference model, in which we look for "similar" or "parent" paths and we try to make educated decisions on whether or not a new or updated path should be secured.

One clear example of this is the contextual links defined in issue #12
