Extract intro and conclusion from job post

In Greenhouse, we can use common introduction/conclusion content for every posts of a job board. This is applied as a template above and below the job post content and there is no direct access to this setting from the API.

But it may required for structured site building.

One way is to extract the tags from the content of the first job post.
