Current model:

  • create workflows in the rules/ directory
  • create configuration/parameter files
  • check out a workflow repository
  • run taco

Instead, should be able to point to a repository URL:

  • run taco (with local config/params files?)
  • taco extracts rules from repository dynamically
  • no explicit clone/checkout
