About position-sensitive score maps

How the position-sensitive score maps generate? I don not find anything in detail in paper and author just say that use a bank of specialized convolutional layers as the FCN output.

I have the same question !

On the other hand, may the different class of the position-sensitive map gives different response to the same position of a image? (e.g. some give strong response to the top-left part of a image, some give strong response to bottom-right part)
