[FEATURE-REQUEST] Allow styling of popup messages in Prebuilt

Feature request

There are various popup messages over the menu icons, for example, "Someone started a chat" when there's a new chat message or 'Your mic is off. Click "Unmute" to[...]'. We want to be able to style them (in fact, in our case, we want to disable them entirely on a per-participant basis).

Why you need this

It gets in the way of power users. The mic popup, for example, may cover the chat window.

Initially, it's a helpful feature, but it becomes annoying for people who've been using the app for 8h/day for a year.

Alternatives you've considered

As far as I know, none are available.
