Calendar Date Format option for Up Next calendar are visible on all Calendar formats.

It was found when discussing this issue with a client that the "Date Format" options which were intended to be for the Up Next Calendar only, were accessible and unusable on all other Calendar Types. This is located in the formatting section of the Editor page as seen below:

We do see some merit in possibly adding this formatting option to the Agenda Calendar as well, but it should be hidden on any Calendar type we do not intend to use it on.
