be cool if the default bootstrap relay list had at least 4 or 5 entries. kind of like how the default Bitcoin app has a bunch of IPs in it.

I'm thinking it would be fairly trivial to maintain a small set of popular relays

would make your app a little more resilient and a little nicer when people first start using
