It would be great to be able to write a new e57 file

Hi @dancergraham, i think there is already a python library for reading and writing e57 files.

please have a look, i am not sure if you are building something different or same.
Just wanted to share this with you.

Hi thanks yes I use pye57 but I noticed that it is not being maintained and I wanted to work with rust so I created this library.
