Add Nyano as value

The Nano community is attempting to create a meme denomination of Nano called Nyano. Similar to a satoshi for Bitcoin.

The unit has a strong online presence at reddit.com/nyano as well as in the community discord at https://discord.gg/

I was considering building a tip bot for Nyano myself, but I think it would be better to keep all of the nano tippers undir the same roof so that people can have a simpler time handling their Nano in one place.

I'd be willing to help with this process (though I am not super familiar with python), just let me know the best way forward if you'd like the assistance with it.

If you don't want to implement Nyano, it would be nice if you could let me know so that I can build one myself. I also own the Nyano_tipper account on reddit and would be happy to transfer it to you if you want to implement it.
