Updating Vaultwarden running on an Alpine LXC

I created a Proxmox Alpine Vaultwarden LXC with Nginx Proxy a while ago, and it had been working great; however, i recently started having issues only with logging into the IOS app... everything else is working still...

Upon digging into the issue, i noticed that my server and web versions are both out of date. Apk update && Apk upgrade don't seem to be pushing the latest version, and I can't figure out why.

I've tried adding the testing repo with "apk add --no-cache --repository=http://dl-cdn.alpinelinux.org/alpine/edge/testing vaultwarden" and then running " apk upgrade --update-cache --repository=http://dl-cdn.alpinelinux.org/alpine/edge/testing vaultwarden" but my admin dashboard still shows that I'm running older versions of everything. I feel like this should be simple, and I'm sure I'm just missing something... but I'm stuck.
