Bat Stat Displaying 9% all the time after mountain lion upgrade

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upgrade to mountain lion (from lion)
2. Look up at bar
3. See 9%
4. Continue staring
5. See that it is still 9%

Feel free to email me if you have any issue reproducing. Everything seemed to 
work fine before upgrading to mountain lion, so I would assume others are 
seeing the same thing? drewquinn@me.com. I'm going to get span for putting that 
in there. Oh well.

I'm running Mountain Lion (10.8.2) and I can't reproduce this.
