Postgresql support

Description of your request
It would be nice if Hortusfox supported Postgresql as a database in addition to MariaDB. It is a very lightweight and common DB and many people, including me, already have an instance we could reuse for Hortusweb instead of managing yet another DB.

Describe the solution you'd like
A setting to choose between both DBs.

This is an interesting suggestion, but it will require extensive updates in the framework, hence this is - for now - not a priority and might take a while.

I am also super interested as I don't really like MariaDB and respective mySQL variants as a database solution.
