ThinkPenguin (ThinkPenguin.com) sells the em7455 pre-flashed to the latest firmware and configuration options for both MBIM and QMI modes depending on how you intend to use the modem. Both the M.2 NGFF module and a modem with this chip in USB version are available. There is also a LT4120 modem for the US market available as well. There are also 4G optimized antennas available on top of higher quality USB cables than generally found elsewhere and US stock available. There are also mini heat sinks to keep the cards within the manufacturers specs. There is also a ton of documentation for less technically savvy users on the site too. The modems actually work when users plug them in and for a few scenarios where they won't due to firewalls or missing software (Raspberry Pi, etc) there is additional documentation. There is also documentation on how to get around issues with activating SIM cards with some cellular providers who lock out most modems on the market. There is also documentation for use of the modems on routers as well.
