We're using VSTS for our CI/CD pipeline and they do not support scripts when viewing the coverage reports. I realize that it might be quite a big task, but is there any chance that ReportGenerator could have an output mode where it creates HTML without any JS code and only use inline CSS?
There is an old Github issue describing the problem as well as a User Voice item to fix it. These are both old enough that I have no hope of the problem ever getting fixed.

Currently there is no way to completely omit the JS, but this should not be a problem. If JS is blocked it just doesn't get executed. But the reports also work without JS (without dynamic features like filtering of course).
