The kde pastebin software has an API: https://sayakb.github.io/sticky-notes/pages/api/

That pastebin software is deprecated:

https://github.com/sayakb/sticky-notes/blob/d743d78a8ab992d4ea4ad00f5440fbd92db30484/README.md
Sticky Notes is currently not being maintained. The project may come back to life in future but there are no plans for development at the moment

And phones home by default:

https://github.com/sayakb/sticky-notes/blob/d743d78a8ab992d4ea4ad00f5440fbd92db30484/PRIVACY.md

The description in that privacy document of the treatment of URL (transmitted in the clear, then "encrypted with a strong hash") isn't reassuring, from a security audit standpoint.
