Is it possible to make the scale only showing the position numbers in kilo-bases (or mega-bases), e.g., 2260k, 2261k, 2262k, ..., regardless of the number_of_intervals? and also to put smaller ticks without position numbers (or grid lines on the background of the Page)?

I am looking at adding a few of theses things, for my own usecase. This repo has not had updates in a few years, are there now better options out there?

I have not seen that network graph; not sure how to interprete it. I suppose considering that there have not been any updates in ~3 years or so, perhaps someone could fork the project and also update it a bit to a more recent ruby style? I have seen ad-hoc additions to objects such as "def @svg.some_method" and I think it is better to instead add this method to the main class. Even though ruby allows for the flexibility above, I think more oldschool definitions are better than duck patching the own code at runtime.
