Refactor: Settings/Presets UI

There is a lot of repeated code across the UI for settings and presets for each AI endpoint/provider. Hundreds of lines of code can be eliminated with a more elegant solution, which would also make it exponentially easier to add new AI endpoints.

For example, there should be a single Settings component should that has its form fields populated dynamically from the data associated with an endpoint.
