Program not detecting Elite dangerous and sometimes refuses to load at all. (Oculus quest 2) #308

So to start I already tried the workarounds listed for the oculus and they did not help this situation.

When I start the program without steam VR open, it will just tell me that it couldnt find steam VR, of course.

Then when I have steam VR open and try to launch the program, it will just hang forever then crash.

Sometimes it doesn't crash and when it doesn't I get this error
errormessage

For the times it crashes, you should be able to find the log at C:\Users\Dillon-PC\AppData\LocalLow\DanielFriesen\Elite VR Cockpit\output_log.txt to see why it crashed.

Unfortunately I have no clue what the cause of or fix for the Windows process info API saying it can't find the active process.

Strangely enough that file is not appearing at all. So i'm not sure what information I can provide further.
