Right now testing taking 25 minutes. Spped up the tests using gitLab CI

Most probably moving CI to GitLab with custom runner will solve issue

Describe alternatives you've considered
As an alternative we can improve existing Travis cache settings. We can also use github actions for that, but not open source.
