Add Analytics to inform the FAQ page with actually most viewed sections #260

A FAQ page should include the most Frequently Asked Questions. We will know which ones are these questions by keeping track of questions on the Discord, but we can get more sources of information, like what are the pages of the documentation that are most visited (because we link the right page from the discord while giving support, or because users tend to gravitate towards these pages when searching on their own).

In order to know what are those pages we should install an analytics solution that tells us the page views.

One option is the official docusaurus plugin https://docusaurus.io/docs/api/plugins/@docusaurus/plugin-google-gtag
There might be more options.

I could have a look at it, but I would say there are some issues that require attention before this
