conformance / certification test additions for components using AWS authentication profiles

Describe the feature

We have very few conformance / certification tests specific to AWS native components. This also includes AWS auth enabled components such as Kafka and PostgreSQL. We need to add tests to all of these components using something like LocalStack for the test infrastructure.
