It would be hugely helpful if there were a way to list all sequences in the reference genome, and use autocompletion on goto (or :) commands.

Hi- thanks for feedback! The list of sequence names can be printed with showGenome, from there you can copy & paste the desired chromosome.

The autocompletion is possible but I'm worried that sequence names would get on the way of the command names.

Yes, it would be nice if one could do goto M<TAB> and get goto MyChromStartingWithM. But I just haven't figured it out! The problem is that autocompletion works at the start of the line, but once you start typing you "loose" it, in contrast to the *.nix terminal. I.e. you can do this: go<TAB> and get goto. But this: goto go<TAB> will not give goto goto. It's something I'd like to improve.
