Feat(front): Make table borders resizable

@Darkwind The Dark Duck   wouldn't be possible to make it so you can scale areas up and down?

Solution:

• make borders between areas movable/resizable on drag and drop
  • smth like https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_js_draggable.asp
  • but preferably with percentages

I'd just like say that darkstat is an absolutely well done tool for actual practical use. Earlier I complimented some of your other work. I like how you build the interface, it's good! Also, the web version is very neat, without me needing to install anything. The trade routes are also another epic thing, along with the compatibility. Everything's well detailed up to the point of me barely ever needed to open up the forums. All in all, incredible work. Without me leaving with mere compliments, I'd maybe just suggest that you perhaps make it possible to stretch upwards the bottom container where the info is based on what I click above (from the main one). Thank you! (sun)
