Which FW version are compatible with Elelabs Zigbee Raspberry Pi Shield ELR023

Hi,
I want to update my Pi Shield from Firmware: 6.10.3-41 (EZSP v8) to 7.4.* but so far I could find the matching firmware.
I tried these two:
ncp-uart-hw-v7.4.3.0-elelabs-elx0x3-115200.gbl
ncp-uart-hw-elelabs-elx0x3-115200.gbl

but end up with:
