Currently angulardart always removes the pagetitle.

So there isn't even a possibility to have a static pagetitle over the whole application.
I know there is Issue #10 (Allow setting page title), but this is really a bug not a feature request. Either you don't touch the title or you allow us to set it at least on a per route level.
