Constant flickering and poor canvas performance in Dartium

Load up Solar and run in Dartium.

Horrible performance and flickering.

Now run the sample in Chrome. Totally fine.

Sorry, not sure who is in charge of Dartium. Also, not sure where the problem is (VM? bindings? GPU?)

This is not limited to Solar, we see this problem in other Canvas apps.

This was on Mac, x64 (for both machines)
