It is now allowed to have constant expressions in string interpolation. See related bug: http://code.google.com/p/co19/issues/detail?id=100

I think Ivan meant that you're allowed to have string interpolation expressions (that evaluate to constant boolean, String or int values) in constant string literals :-) (updated section 10.1)
