We should have some docs for contributing quickfixes.

@bwilkerson's comments in #57600 would make a good start.

I think @bwilkerson has now completed this? Or maybe just in the analyzer repo?

I added https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/blob/main/pkg/analysis_server/doc/implementation/quick_fix.md to explain how to add one, but it might be worth a forward pointer from somewhere in the docs for linter so that contributors can find it.
