Renaming telemetry tag name from "Crab" to "Darwinia Crab"?

1. icon will look for keyword Crab
2. polkadot switch tab is Crab

For long term, Crab Network and Darwinia Network are two separate networks just like Kusama Network and Polkadot Network.

But in current stage, Darwinia does not have strong market brand enough, so the marketing strategy will choose to emphasize Darwinia.

The short name can also keep "Crab", but should add information of full name "Darwinia Crab Network", so I think subscan, polkadot.js and icon is good for now.
