Ability to export the Config as OpenTelemetry Operator CRD

I'd be awesome if there's any option to generate the OpenTelemetry CRD from the created config on otel bin.

Note that before supporting the export to the OpenTelemetry Operator CR, we should implement #210, so that the end-user has a way to set the namespace, name, labels and other Kubernetes amenities that we should preserve.
