Is your idea related to a problem? Please describe.
I have seen many tables in the migration file that are unused and it is difficult to track the versions in the migration conducted by alembic in the DB migration step.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like a clean init_database script that matches the versions in the releases

P.S. Don't attach files. Please, prefer add code snippets directly in the message body.
