[Feat] Add Maps Google Search to Segment Search

Right now segment search (חיפוש מקטע) has no location search box - please add one so it will be easier to look for a specific location.
Note: it's a regular google maps search box - no need to create adjustments.

In addition, there is another location where this location search box is useful and we want to add it to - it's when we want to approve location (only for authorized users)
