Feature description
Downloading a text file of accidents and injureds according to a news flash/road segment

main functionality

• A file in txt / csv format that will be downloaded when user click the button (see image).
• The data refer to the selected road section (according to the news flash or according to the search panel)
• The output is a list of accidents and casualties
• The time period will be a fixed period of 5 years (if possible... the period also selected from the menu that is interactive according to the user's choice 3, 5, 8 years)
• Target audience: common user / journalists.
