[Bug] Telegram images #2742

Describe the bug
There are 2 issues here:

Map does not have background
In some cases map comes with no background (only accidents markers). Perhaps it's related to the time you defined when downloading it.
Infographic images in telegram are in a different order than the one the appear in our FE

Expected behavior

Map should have google maps background
Infographic images should be in the same order as our FE
